This Payment & Pricing Policy outlines how payments are processed, what methods are accepted, and how pricing is structured for services offered on www.findmypetz.in.
Find My Petz is owned and operated by BYB Traction Digital Solutions Private Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”).


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways such as PayU and Razorpay:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet Payments

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.


2. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full before your missing-pet ad campaign is activated.

  • Campaigns are scheduled automatically after successful payment confirmation.

  • Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your campaign details.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or post-payment options.

3. Pricing Policy

  • The prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change from time to time due to operational, promotional, or platform-related reasons without prior notice.

  • Promotional discounts, if available, are valid only during the specified offer period.

  • The amount you pay corresponds to the specific ad duration and plan you select on our platform.

4. Taxes

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • A valid GST-compliant invoice will be generated and shared via email for every successful transaction.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Please note that:

  • All payments made on Find My Petz are final and non-refundable.

  • No cancellations or modifications are allowed once an ad campaign has been purchased. For more details, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment Security

We use encrypted and verified payment gateways to ensure your financial data remains safe.
We do not store or have access to your card, UPI, or bank account details.


7. Pricing Errors

In the rare case of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.
If a payment has been made in such a situation, the amount will be refunded or adjusted as appropriate.
